LSB-3000 — Explosion-Proof Limit Switch Box
The LSB-3000 is our explosion-proof valve position monitor, designed for use on automated on-off valves in hazardous areas where the most stringent certification is required. With dual ATEX and IECEx Flameproof certification, IIC gas group coverage (suitable for hydrogen and acetylene atmospheres), and an optional 316 stainless steel housing, the LSB-3000 is specified into refineries, petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, LNG facilities, and any installation where reliability and proper hazardous-area certification cannot be compromised.

- IP66 / IP67 weatherproof and dust-tight protection (NEMA Type 4, 4X)
- Aluminum die-cast or 316 stainless steel housing options
- Mechanical SPDT or DPDT switches, or hermetically sealed reed (TTL) for non-contact operation
- P&F NAMUR inductive proximity sensors (NJ2-V3, NBB series) available for intrinsically safe circuits
- Visual position indicator with high-contrast dome
- NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845 standard mounting — mounts on all major actuator brands
- EAC (Eurasian) and KCs (Korean) certifications standard for global projects
